Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Dog Toys Pets Love! We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, chewed, or damaged by a pet are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return Contact us through our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
