We want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on toys that have been used by pets.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges, but you're welcome to return your item and place a new order.
