Thank you for shopping with Dog Toys Pets Love. We're committed to delivering your pet's favorite toys quickly, safely, and reliably throughout the United States.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $45 or more.

  • Orders under $45 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery is:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments to ensure faster delivery. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, or other events beyond our control may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
